Andrea Yue（岳蕾女士）：Ernst & Young LLP；Executive Director | China Tax Desk | Global Tax Desk Network, Americas

Overall Introduction

Andrea leads our China indirect tax services at China Tax Desk for North America at EY US office. She currently is based in New York.Before she worked in New York from March 2017, she used to work in EY Beijing office and has spent over 10 years in the Tax Practice in China.

Since working in New York from March 2017, Andrea has been proactively involved in many international tax projects and gained first hand experience of US tax reform issues.

Professional Qualifications and Education Background

Andrea is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of U.K. since 2009 and is a member of ACCA Beijing Steering Committee.

Andrea is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant Association of Canada (CPA, CGA Canada).

Andrea has a bachelor degree in Professional Accounting from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in China.

Experience in Tax

Andrea has extensive practical experience assisting companies in China, US, and Canada to manage their China Indirect Tax function.

Andrea has led a number of advices and assistances for top multinational companies on many areas in China, US and Canada.

Andrea has been playing the leading advisor role to the Chinese authorities of China Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation in relation to the various China Indirect Tax reform matters and Legislation of China project.

Andrea is a frequent speaker at conferences on Tax matters both in China and in US. She has also directly trained Tax Officers on international indirect tax regulatory issues in China, US and Canada.

Award

Andrea is the winner of 2016 China North “Better begins with you”award for developing outstanding leaders and teams at EY.
