Carried out jointly by KPMG, ACCA and the Shanghai National Accounting Institute, this report interviews dozens of CFOs and financial executives from state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and multinationals in China and highlights the importance of effective collaboration under China's current economic situation. Focssing on effective collaboration the report explores what lies at the heart of successful finance functions collaboration, discusses obstacles to effective collaboration and offers finance leaders a ‘road map’ of dos and don’ts for successful finance functions collaboration.
